# 사용자도 혹시 알고 있을지도 모르지만 여기는 참여자가 아주 극소수입니다. 때문에 이런 문제가 생기면 나 혼자 결정할 수 밖에 없습니다. 그러나 이런 문제를 두고 나중에 터무니 없이 나를 "독재자"라고 부르며 여기저기 외부 사이트에서 못된 소문이 돌고 있는 것을 보면서 한국인의 한심스럽고 딱한 인터넷 문화를 지적하지 않을 수 없습니다. 때문에 여기 자유게시판에 이런 문제를 제기하는 것 자체가 의미가 있는지 사용자께서 먼저 고려하십시오.

I asked Kwj2772 to help me figure out a translation for the Wikibooks slogan in Korean because I didn't know anyone active on ko.wikibooks. (I know Kwj2772 from [[w:ko:User:Kwj2772|ko.wikipedia]] and [[m:User:Kwj2772|meta.wikimedia]].)
::I'm sorry for the confusion and that it looks like I'm a dictator picking the slogan for myself. Actually, I didn't decide the slogan at all. The slogan and the new logo (which you can see at the top left of every page on ko.wikibooks) was decided on Meta-Wiki by the global Wikibooks community, see [[m:Wikibooks/Logo]]. After this logo was updated, a lot of the local Wikibooks projects were then stuck with English logos, because there was no translation for the logo. I'm trying to collect logo translations to correct this. <tt>:-)</tt>
::Now that I think we all understand each other now, do you think you could help me come up with a translation for the global Wikibooks slogan? The English version of the slogan is "Open books for an open world", but if that's hard to translate, you can translate "Free books for a free world" instead.
